Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

1. About us

Vitalform Ltd ("we", "us") is registered in England & Wales, Company No. [COMPANY NUMBER], registered office [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS], VAT GB [VAT NUMBER]. Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL]. These terms govern all purchases of training courses and equipment from vitalform.logicloft.website (the "Site").

2. Products and services

3. Orders and pricing

Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT unless stated; VAT at the prevailing rate is added at checkout. An order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we email acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders (e.g. pricing errors, stock unavailability) with a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout via Stripe (cards, Apple Pay). Corporate accounts may be offered 30-day invoice terms at our discretion. Course access links are issued after payment clears.

5. Delivery

In-stock equipment is dispatched for next-working-day delivery to UK mainland addresses (aim, not guarantee). Delivery charges are shown at checkout and are free over £250. Risk passes on delivery.

6. Course access and certificates

Online course access is personal to the registered learner, valid for 12 months. Certificates issue within 24 hours of successful assessment. Modules may be retaken free within the access period. On-site corporate training dates are confirmed in writing.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Your statutory cancellation and refund rights, and our returns process, are set out in our Refunds & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

8. Product compliance

Medical devices and PPE we supply carry UKCA and/or valid CE conformity marking and are sourced from manufacturers registered with the MHRA where required. Compliance documentation is available on request.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, our aggregate liability is limited to the price paid for the relevant goods or services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you the protection of your local courts.
