Refunds & Returns

1. Equipment — 14-day cancellation

You may cancel an equipment order for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Email [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order number, then return the goods within a further 14 days. We refund the full price plus standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof of posting).

• Goods must be unused, complete and in resaleable condition.
• Hygiene-sealed items (sterile kit components, PPE, single-use consumables) can only be returned if the seal is intact.
• Return postage is at your cost unless the goods are faulty.

2. Faulty or damaged goods

If goods are faulty, not as described or damaged in transit: within 30 days of delivery you may reject them for a full refund; after 30 days we will repair or replace, and if that fails, refund. Contact us with photos where practical — we cover return costs for faulty items.

3. Online courses

You have a 14-day right to cancel an online course purchase. If you ask for immediate access and begin the course, you expressly agree to lose that cancellation right for the accessed course. If no modules have been started within the 14-day window, we refund in full.

4. On-site corporate training

• More than 14 days before the confirmed training date: full refund or free reschedule.
• 7–14 days before: 50% refund or one free reschedule.
• Under 7 days: no refund; rescheduling at our discretion.
• If we cancel a course (e.g. trainer illness), you choose a full refund or priority rebooking.

5. Bundles

Bundled equipment discounts are conditional on the linked training purchase. If the training element is cancelled, retained equipment is re-priced at its standalone price and the difference deducted from the refund.

6. Returns address

Vitalform Ltd — Returns, [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS]. Always quote your order number. Refunds go to the original payment method via Stripe.
